This website is operated by Baker Aura. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Personalized products

Many of our products are made to order with a name, initial or monogram you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including spelling and capitalization. We produce exactly what is entered at checkout. Personalized items are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. See our Refund Policy.

Product images are representative. Small variations in color, texture and placement may occur between the on-screen preview and the finished item.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in United States dollars. We may modify prices or discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to purchase from this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Shipping

Processing and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text and the Baker Aura name and logo, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baker Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
