Shipping Policy Last updated: August 9, 2026 WHERE WE SHIP We ship to street addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, or to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. SHIPPING COST Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. DELIVERY TIME Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days after processing. Some items ship from a separate warehouse and can take up to 15 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates only. They are not guaranteed and do not cover delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. TRACKING You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. SPLIT SHIPMENTS Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different days, at no extra cost to you. ADDRESS ACCURACY Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Address changes are only possible before the order enters fulfillment. LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES Once the carrier marks a package delivered, responsibility passes to the customer. If tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, please check with your household and neighbours and file a claim with the carrier. If a package has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
