Shipping Policy

All Baker Aura orders ship from our fulfillment partner to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Personalized items are made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. Non-personalized items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard shipping arrives in 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Expedited shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates do not include the processing time above.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Expedited rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it is issued.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or other events outside our control are not included in the estimates above. If your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will help investigate.
