Products and personalization

Many of our products are personalized to order with a name, initial or monogram that you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization you submit, including spelling and capitalization. We produce exactly what is entered at checkout. Because personalized items cannot be resold, they are final sale except where they arrive damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Product images on this site are representative. Small variations in color, texture and placement may occur between the preview shown on screen and the finished item, since screens display color differently and each item is made individually.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in United States dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices, change or discontinue products at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

We make every effort to display product information accurately. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photographs, text and the Baker Aura name and logo, is our property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
